At Venabu Fjellhotell we offer yoga weekends and holidays to help you de-stress, find balance and enjoy your time in the mountains.
Our yoga holidays and weekends are suitable for beginners. Experienced practitioners are also welcome and our teacher adapts the lessons to suit the individual participants.
Yoga combines movement and breathing with mental relaxation techniques, and helps you find balance: physically, mentally and emotionally. During our yoga weekends and holidays we teach different styles of yoga including yin yoga, hatha yoga and yoga nidra, each with their own qualities and benefits. Classes are taught in English.
Ania, our yoga instructor, teaches in a relaxed and calm way. Her approach is to facilitate your learning so that you develop your own relationship to yoga and can take its benefits into your daily life.
